The Tech Briefing is an information network organized around READ → UNDERSTAND → VERIFY → CONNECT → DISCOVER. It is not a personal homepage, not a generic news site, and not an AI summary feed.
The Lab is the retained portfolio of Dylan Thiart: systems work, hardware, references, and experiments including Xeno Signal. It is a secondary layer.
PIPELINE
GitHub Actions ingest public RSS into data/ingest/rss-inbox.json. Every ingested record has editorial_state=INBOX and publish=false. Nothing in that file is rendered as a briefing or a signal.
OBJECTS
SIGNAL · BRIEFING · TOPIC · ENTITY · SOURCE · COLLECTION. Records live in data/network.json. Pages are generated statically so the important content is crawlable HTML.
